If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 21 days (from the date of purchase) to return full-priced items or items purchased with discount codes for Store Credit. Store Credits expire in 12 months and can be used on any item on our website. Here are the conditions for returns:
• Items must be returned in original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, and free from makeup and fake tan.
• You’re responsible for covering postage to send the item back to us.
• Returns are processed once we receive them
• Sale items are final sale, with no exchanges or refunds unless defective or faulty.
• Clothing and swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene. Don’t remove the hygiene seal on swimwear unless defective, as returns won’t be accepted.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box in a postage bag, with the box in original condition.
• We recommend using a traceable delivery method for returns to ensure safe delivery. We’re not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, you will receive store credits that should be used within 12 months.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
